‘Aspire on Hanbury’ Student Accommodation

We currently have one room coming up.

Rooms from $220 per week single occupancy. Double occupancy is an extra $50 per week.

Our brand new student accommodation built from the ground up is located on the corner of Hanbury and Sunderland Street Mayfield, only 50 metres from Waratah train station and situated on the public bus route, 3.5 kilometres from the University of Newcastle, 500 metres from Mayfield's local shops and 100 metres to Genesis Fitness in The Diggers Club.

This well-appointed two storey complex is the perfect environment with all the mod cons for the aspiring student to focus on their studies.

There are 25 rooms in total spread over two levels for single and double occupancy which all feature :

Double bed and quality mattress & protector (must provide own linen/pillow)

NB: electricity is charged per room for a nominal rate of 0.35c per kilowatt

The main common living areas are located on both the ground and first level. These areas include the spacious lounge room with large flatscreen TV on the first level with access to the balcony. The kitchen and dining areas are situated on the ground floor and provide lockable storage compartments for each room and breakfast bar/seating. Also features two electric ceramic cook tops and two stainless steel ovens.

Common areas, entries and carpark have security cameras for your safety and security. There is a caretaker that lives on site.

There are shared laundry facilities with coin slot washing machines and a dryer with access to the ground floor courtyard which provides clotheslines. Also features a BBQ and outdoor seating.

There is a separate area for push bike and motorcycle parking and we also have limited undercover car spaces at an additional cost of $20 per week (if available). Please contact agent regarding car space availability.
