Our student accommodation built from the ground up is located on the corner of Hanbury and Sunderland Street Mayfield, only 50 metres from Waratah train station and situated on the public bus route, 3.5 kilometres from the University of Newcastle, 500 metres from Mayfield's local shops and 100 metres to Genesis Fitness in The Diggers Club.

This general caretaker position is ideal for a part-time or casual worker.

Your role will comprise of (not limited)

General assistance to residents where needed.

Giving access to trades & any students locking themselves out

Weeding & watering of gardens beds

NB: We also offer cleaning duties throughout common areas for $100 per week and if vacating rooms need cleaning paid as extra per room.
